In order to continue with our vision of a sustainable future, Aeros are looking to recruit up to three new Flight Instructors initially for our Gloucester base. Successful applicants will be enrolled onto a full-time Flight Instructor course, the cost of which will be covered by us in exchange for a 4-year bonded period of employment after successful completion of the course. During this 4 years, it is envisaged that successful applicants will continue to add to their Flight Instructor qualification with additional privileges such as CPL, MEP and IR. This training will be provided and further bonded at marked timescale milestones subject to performance and ongoing suitability for the role.
We are looking for three energetic, passionate individuals who wish to pursue a career as a Flight Instructor at one of the UK’s busiest ATOs who we can train, develop and progress over the coming years with in-house training and further opportunities for bonded upgrades. Aeros have a proven track-record of delivering on these promises so we expect a firm two-way commitment from successful applicants.
We are exclusively looking for candidates who wish to pursue a career in Flight Instruction, therefore applicants who are actively looking for employment within airlines may be unsuitable.
Following successful attendance on the Flight Instructor Course and after an initial 3-month probationary period, successful applicants will be offered full-time employment as a Flight Instructor within the Aeros Group.
